A wonderful book about pizza is in the works.

Do you like the pic of my Margherita Pie? This one was done on a charcoal grill, and the char and smoky taste are phenomenal! And yes, the top is browned, somthing that can be difficult to achieve on the grill without burning the bottom. How did I do it?
